  • - Bring water to boil, then add crushed shallots and fish. Boil until fish is tender; skimming off broth. Add Pickled Young Tamarind Leaves   and season with Concentrate Cooking Tamarind (or lime juice) and fish sauce to obtain a sour and salty taste. Add chillies, coriander leaves, and serve hot.
